Our Story
Valencia’s Tex-Mex Garage opened in 2020. But our story began years ago, in the 1970s, working side by side with our parents, Cyclone Anaya and wife Carol. Our family has served Texas for decades through various restaurants.
Now, Rico and Vienna Valencia continue the family legacy, with the strongest margaritas and the best recipes yet, that include Certified Angus Beef, Wild Caught Seafood and Locally sourced items.

With extraordinary design and robust menus, all of our locations have an upbeat and bright vibe. We offer traditional Tex-Mex favorites, classic margaritas, local and popular beers, wine-on-tap, and more.
Our large covered patio is pup-friendly, with complimentary water bowls and biscuits. We can serve small or large parties, and cater your private events.
Join us for daily for specials, Happy Hour or our popular Penny Mimosas during weekend brunch, followed by our newly famous “The Weekender” margarita, will $1.99 refills between 3-6pm, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We hope to be your new favorite Tex-Mex spot!
What are Sugar Skulls?
Some of our guests have been intrigued by the artwork in our restaurants and have asked questions about its origins. Each of our locations are graced by the amazing sugar skull wall art by Houston based artist Gonzo247. Sugar skulls have a rich history in Mexican culture and our family. We appreciate your interest and invite everyone to learn more.

Happy Hour
MONDAY – FRIDAY, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
SATURDAY – SUNDAY, 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Join us for Happy Hour and a “small bites” menu seven days a week! During the week, HH is 11am – 6pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, HH is 3 – 5pm. This is a great way to explore many different dishes on our menu and get select drinks for a great price.
